New Brechin facility to help enhance RNA's output

The new arrangement means that both a radio and recording studio can be accommodated, benefitting High School pupils who present some of RNA’s output.

The room will allow for pupils to be trained with the opportunity to present programmes that are broadcast across the network of FM transmitters in each of the Angus towns, on DAB, and online. The recording studio is designed to allow principally the Brechin and other secondary pupils to record their musical and debating skills for inclusion in programming.

Funding has come from the Co-op Community Fund Brechin, the Williamina McLaren Trust, and Frau Ava Offelder, Dusseldorf.
