Warwick has been on the radar for of boss Phil McGuire for a while and the manager has finally got his man.

The new signing told the club’s website: "I am really happy to sign for Carnoustie. I think it's clear that the club is in a good place at the moment and is continuing to strengthen.

"Both the boys and coaching team have been excellent with me so far and I am looking forward to helping them build on the success of last season."

Forward, Ross Fraser is another to have signed up.

Fraser had attracted the attention of a number of clubs following a season with Arbroath Vics at Ogilvy Park and manager McGuire jumped at the chance to bring him to Laing Park.

The new boy said: "I am delighted to sign for Carnoustie and it is a great achievement for myself. It is a great club and everybody has made me feel very welcome since I joined and made me part of the team already. I can't wait to get started."
