Montrose Football Club Women rounded off an historic season at the Scottish Women’s Football awards.

The ceremony was held over the weekend with Craig Feroz’s title winning side nominated in a host of categories.

It proved to be a fruitful night with the side returning to Angus with three awards.

The league winners won the Championship team of the year prize, Feroz won Championship coach of the year and the club’s 70+ goal scoring hero Aimee Ridgeway won Championship North player of the year.

The club are now preparing for their season in SWFL 2 and are seeking a first team coach to assist the manager.
