Bus services cancelled due to 'Risk to Life' weather warning

All Stagecoach services will be withdrawn at 6pm today (Thursday) until further notice.

Following the Red Weather warning and advice not to travel after 6pm today (Thursday), no local bus services will operate in Angus after this time.

All Services will be withdrawn at 6pm until further notice. Passengers must check the Stagecoach app or social media for up to date information, prior to travelling.

JP Minicoaches:

Service 36 Arbroath - Arbirlot – Friockheim

Bus departing Arbroath Bus Station at 5.15pm will not operate

Service 128 Kirriemuir – Alyth

Bus departing Kirriemuir at 6.25pm will not operate

Moffat and Williamson:

23 Forfar Town Service

Bus departing East High Street at 6pm onward will not operate.

Wishart (Friockheim):

Services 140 and 141 Arbroath – Friockheim – Brechin

Bus departing Friockheim at 6.10pm will not operate

Conditions and services will be evaluated on an ongoing basis. Angus Council will aim to keep information updated (https://www.angus.gov.uk/eme.../severe_weather_weather_watch) but passengers are also advised to check with the relevant operator prior to travel.
