Place prosperity fund open for applications
The Angus Place Prosperity Programme is funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and the Scottish Government Place-Based Fund, and Angus Council has aligned the funding to streamline delivery and increase the impact of place-based investment in local communities.
The programme will provide support to projects, from their first concept, through development and on to full delivery, bringing community-based ideas to life.

Hide AdCouncillor Mark McDonald, communities convener, said: “Funding such as this underpins our determination to create vibrant communities, bringing people and places together. As councillors, we hear at first-hand about the aspirations that many people and organisations have for the places where they live and work and I am sure we will see an enthusiastic response to this funding opportunity.”
There are three streams to the Angus Place Prosperity Programme: Angus Feasibility Fund, Angus Place-Based Investment Fund and Angus Green Space fund. Guidance and criteria are available for the individual funding streams on the relevant page of the council’s website.
