Still time to nominate NHS Tayside STARS

Any member of NHS Tayside staff, no matter what their job, can be nominated by the public across seven categories.

NHS Tayside has had an enthusiastic response to this year’s Staff Appreciation and Recognition (STAR) Awards, and there is still time to make a nomination before the deadline.

The awards celebrate the individuals, teams and services within NHS Tayside that deliver outstanding patient care or go the extra mile in their job.

It is quick and easy to register nominations online at www.starawardstayside.scot.nhs.uk and both staff and the public have until 5pm next Friday (July 22) to do so.

Members of the public can nominate their NHS Tayside STARs in seven categories - Clinical Staff Award, Support Staff Award, Top Clinical Team Award, Top Support Team Award, Global Citizenship Award, Young Achiever Award and Unsung Hero Award.

No matter what their job, any member of NHS Tayside staff can be nominated, and nominations can be entered in more than one category – you may wish to nominate an individual staff member as well as a team who may have looked after you or your family.
