Cosmo is a shy boy, who has taken a while to settle into cattery life.

He is nervous and, at first, will spend most of his time hiding away, but once he gets to know you enjoys the attention. He enjoys the peace and quiet snoozing away in his bed.

Due to Cosmo's nervous nature he will require an experienced cat owner - ideally someone who has had nervous cats in the past.

He would need someone who has the time to spend to build a bond with him.

Cosmo can be quite fussy with food and likes a variety, this will need to be taken into consideration before applying.

This lad would be best suited to a calm, quiet indoor, adult only home, with no other animals so he can have all the attention to himself!

If you can give Cosmo his new home, please apply via the Scottish SCPA website at https://www.scottishspca.org/rehome-a-pet/9690-cosmo

Oscar will need a large enclosure with plenty of space and lots of toys and enrichment to keep himself entertained. This lad would be suited best to a home with adults. Any children in the home would need to be teenagers as he can nip when he's being playful.

The charity has also reissued an appeal to find a home for collie Jarvis, who has already featured in this column. While being true to his breed and is intelligent and active, he is not currently coping well with the kennel environment.

With a loving nature, Jarvis is looking for an owner who has previous border collie experience. His details can be found at https://bit.ly/3GpG4B4.
