There are no signs of this slowing as the community continues to grow, demonstrated by the number of new-build developments either planned, underway or under Angus Council consideration.
“It’s a place that’s got a bit of everything. Community is a big aspect of the attraction. Similar to places like Monifieth and Broughty Ferry, you are just a two-minute walk from the beach. It’s a pleasant place to live for a lot of folk, not to mention it’s ideal for commuting to work, with its own railway station and is close to the A92.”
Lindsays has worked alongside D J Laing Homes on a number of its proposed developments locally, including 57 homes at Greenlawhil, Barry.
