Beautiful cat ready to move on to new home

Maisie is a nervous young lady who spends most of her time hiding in her bed. With time and patience, she has come round to some of the staff at the centre and does accept attention and head scratches.

Given her timid nature, Maisie will need an understanding owner who can give her time to settle into her new home. A family who have experience of shy cats would be perfect for this girl so she can gently come out of her shell.

The charity believes Maisie would be best suited to an adult-only home with no other animals so she can slowly and surely build up her confidence.

The charity is unsure if she has had outdoor access in the past so would prefer if this could be an option if she showed signs of wanting to explore outside after an initial settling in period.

A home is still being sought for Dasher, a Guinea pig was born on site and is very used to being handled by humans. He can be shy around new people, but once he gets to know you he is a lovely boy who enjoys socialising. He would make an ideal addition to home who already have a male Guinea pig that he could become best friends with.

He will require a large enclosure for enrichment and exercise. His new owner will have to have done their research and have time to give him all the attention and affection he deserves.

Also labrador Juno, who has a lovely nature and has lots of energy. She loves getting attention, so any new owner will have to be prepared to give her daily mental and physical stimulation to keep her happy and healthy. Juno could live with another dog of similar size and energy levels pending successful introductions.
