The segment will be featured on France 2 Television’s ‘Le 13 Heures’, which broadcasts to around four million viewers.

Garry said it was an honour to talk about the wonderful Arbroath Smokie and explain its unique taste as well as how its versatility allows it to be prepared simply as easily as it can be prepared to be enjoyed as a high end fine dining restaurant dish.

The programme will be tel evised on France 2 next month.
