Walter is a big loveable ferret who is currently being cared for by the Scottish SPCA’s Angus rescue and rehoming centre.
He is an inquisitive lad who loves to investigate and explore when outside.
Walter is currently on a strict feeding plan to help him lose weight, and any potential new owner will need to keep this up so that he can lead a happy and healthy life.
He will need a large enclosure with plenty of space and lots of toys and enrichment to keep himself entertained.
If you can give Walter his new home, please apply via the Scottish SCPA website at https://www.scottishspca.org/rehome-a-pet/10032-walter
Charlie and Iggy are a brother and sister who are on the lookout for a wonderful home, who are also currently in the care of the charity’s Petterden centre.
This pair are inseparable and love to be around one another.
Charlie is the more confident of the two, and often wants human attention and loves a head scratch!
He can be quite vocal, especially when he wants attention, and can often be found purring the day away.
Iggy can be more shy and reserved but, once she gets to know you, loves attention as much as Charlie.
This pair do have a pre-existing medical condition for which they currently do not require medication, but any new owner should be aware that if it does require treatment in the future it may not be covered by insurance.
The potential costs of this must be taken into consideration before applying.
They may take a little while to settle in to any new environments and would be best suited to a calm, quiet home with no other animals due to Iggy's timid nature – and so they can be the focus of their owner’s attention.
They will require outdoor access after an initial settling in period.
They would also be best suited to a home with adults only, or if it does have any children, they should be cat-savvy teenagers.
If you can give Charlie and Iggy their new home, please apply at https://www.scottishspca.org/rehome-a-pet/9990-charlie-and-iggy.
