Can you give an adorable rescue pet a new start in life?

Angus County Press has teamed up with the Scottish SPCA to put the spotlight on their great work and we will continue to feature some of the lovely animals currently being looked after by the Scottish SPCA Angus, Fife and Tayside Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre.

This week’s pets are Jerome, Jennifer and Jerry – a trio of tropical fish – and Daffodil, a mischievous ferret.

Jerome, Jennifer and Jerry are currently being cared for by the Scottish SPCA Angus, Fife and Tayside Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre.

This trio consist of a male swordtail, female swordtail, and one female guppy.

They will need the correct set up for their care requirements and a large enough tank with the correct environment for them.

Jerome, Jennifer and Jerry will need plenty of enrichment as they love to weave in and out their plants which also provide them with cover for when they’re feeling a bit shy.

A new owner will need to be knowledgeable in the care they require.

If you can give Jerome, Jerry and Jennifer their new home, please apply via the Scottish SCPA website: https://www.scottishspca.org/rehome-a-pet/8303-jerome-jennifer-jerry

Meanwhile, Daffodil is a mischievous girl on the lookout for her forever home.

Daffodil is currently being cared for by the Scottish SPCA Angus, Fife and Tayside Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre.

This little lady is super inquisitive and loves to run around and investigate her surroundings.

Daffodil is quite well handled but, like some ferrets, can be nippy so any new owner will have to be aware of this.

She is seeking a home with a large enclosure which has plenty of enrichment so she can exercise and explore.

She will also require to have sufficient time out of her enclosure for stimulation and socialisation.

Could you be the one for this bundle of fun?

If you feel that you can give Daffodil her new home, please apply via the Scottish SCPA website: https://www.scottishspca.org/rehome-a-pet/8296-daffodil
