Planning applications lodged with Angus Council

Architectural Technicians Ltd has lodged an application on behalf of Andrew Watson for proposed internal and external alterations to house at Reay House, St Vigean's Brae, St Vigeans, Arbroath.

Collective Architecture Ltd has applied on behalf of Lucy Byatt for proposed conversion of former church into a two-bedroom dwelling/artist studio for use by the residents and change of use of land to amenity/garden ground at Dun Parish Church, Dun, Montrose; also internal and external alterations to disused church building including formation of new window openings, replacement windows, erection of subdividing walls and removal of pews, stepped seating and pulpit at Dun Parish Church, Dun.

Mozolowski & Murray is seeking permission on behalf of Mark and Kerry Hammond for a conservatory on the north-east elevation of house and installation of replacement sash and case windows and French doors at The Garden Cottage, Dunnichen, Forfar.

Alan Morris has lodged an application for proposed window replacement at 2B John Street, Montrose.

James F Stephen is seeking permission on behalf of David Waddington for alterations and extension at The Feathers, Castleton, Eassie.

Permission is being sought by Brunton Design on behalf of Robin/Frances Reyner/Millar for the erection of a dwellinghouse at 8 Church Street, Carnoustie.
