The virtual exhibition will involved 18 universities and colleges, and well as other agencies, to inform those considering going into higher education.

The Scottish Education Exhbition, the first of this academic year, is aimed at young people who are considering going into further and higher education.

It will give pupils the opportunity to speak with representatives from each institution as well as join live webinars on alternative routes to higher education, understanding entry requirements, personal statements, Scottish finance and Graduate Apprenticeships.

The event, on Thursday, September 9, will run from 10am-7pm, and will also feature an information session specifically for parents and carers.

Calum Fraser, Senior Student Recruitment Officer at the University of Dundee said: “We’re contacting schools about the event and encouraging them to set aside time to enable pupils to join, but we recognise that parents and carers have an influencing role, so we’re keen to see a healthy number of sign-ups from this group too.”

Places for the virtual exhibition can be booked online now at https://scottisheducationexhibition.vfairs.com/en.
