Kirrie Show makes blistering return

Kirriemuir Show made a blistering return on Saturday with what is believed to be a record-breaking attendance which flocked to the event staged in glorious sunshine near the town.

spokesperson for Kirriemuir District Agricultural Association, said: “What a fantastic day it was. After a gap of two years the show returned to East Muirhead of Logie and thankfully the sun was shining. The local community, and many from further afield, supported the show in droves.
